A case study:

A client approached us having had his ESA award ended. His JSA claim was suspended as he had missed appointments. We submitted a Universal Credit Application for him. It was initially declined, but we persisted and he is now receiving Universal Credit. This was not the end of his problems as he had many delays with payments for his housing costs, but we continue to support him and ensure that his rent gets paid and that he is coping well.
