We are a small independent charity in Cheltenham providing housing advice to people in need.
We are still seeing an increase in people being served with a section 21 notice. Shelter's video explains what to do if you get a section 21 notice and when a section 21 notice is NOT valid. (correct at time of posting).![]()

Please seek advice as soon as you receive a section 21 to ensure you are getting the correct advice. Don't leave it too late!
