Since 1988 Cheltenham Housing Aid Centre has been providing specialist housing advice and support services to people in Cheltenham.
We are a small a small independent charity, that provides free advice and information to help vulnerable and disadvantaged members of our community resolve housing issues and thereby improve their quality of life.
Currently, we provide a housing advice to clients who have drug and alcohol issues or mental health issues who are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless. Over the course of our history we have held contracts providing specialist advice and support to people who are rough sleeping, to young people and to those with debt.
Our team consists of paid staff and volunteers. Our professional advisers have a wealth of experience and are fully trained and qualified to deliver our services.
Of course, we are always looking for ways to expand the range of services we provide and welcome donations, of whatever size.
