We are a small independent charity in Cheltenham providing housing advice to people in need.

In line with the SWEP protocol, SWEP will be activated in Cheltenham on tonight and Thursday 20/11/2025 due to the current forecast from the Met Office showing -3 overnight. Based on the current forecast it will be end on Friday 21/11/2025.If you see a rough sleeper bedded down at any time of year please complete a StreetLink referral. Another productive meeting with the now established Positive Links Group. As well as the usual chatter and laughter the group worked really hard on devising a new 'charter' for Cheltenham Housing Aid Centre. We hope this will go love in the New Year.
